A: Walk-ins are always welcome! But you can schedule an appointment and receive $10 off repair.

Q: Do you use genuine Apple parts?
A: Yes. We can as we are an Apple Independent Repair Provider (IRP).

Q: How long does a typical repair take?
A: Many screen or battery repairs are done same-day.

Q: Do you offer warranties?
A: Yes. Most repairs come with a 1-year limited warranty. Some exclusions apply (e.g., liquid damage, customer-supplied parts).

Q: Do you repair game consoles?
A: Absolutely — PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and more.​
