Shipping & Returns for Apex & Tech

  • Shipping Policy: All Geekmatics Apex systems and high-end builds are available for white-glove local pickup at our Palm Harbor location. Custom shipping for PCs or specialized hardware is available via a custom quote to ensure safe transit.

  • Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy on most refurbished technology. Please note that custom-built Apex PCs are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature, but they are fully warrantied under our expert workmanship guarantee.

A: Walk-ins are always welcome! But you can schedule an appointment and receive $10 off repair.

Q: Do you use genuine Apple parts?
A: Yes. We can as we are an Apple Independent Repair Provider (IRP).

Q: How long does a typical repair take?
A: Many screen or battery repairs are done same-day.

Q: Do you offer warranties?
A: Yes.

The Best Warranty in Palm Harbor

  • Parts: We believe in the quality of our components. Most parts we install come with a Lifetime Warranty. If the part fails, we replace it.

  • Labor: Our expert workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days. If you have an issue related to the repair within 3 months, we’ll make it right—on us.

Many of our replacement parts include a lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Whenever possible, we recommend choosing new parts for the longest protection, or opting for our in-store Akko warranty for additional coverage and peace of mind.
Sometimes, refurbished parts carry the supplier’s warranty, which can range from 14 days to one year depending on availability and condition — when in doubt, just ask us!
