Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Walk-ins are always welcome! But you can schedule an appointment and receive $10 off repair.
Q: Do you use genuine Apple parts?
A: Yes. We can as we are an Apple Independent Repair Provider (IRP).
Q: How long does a typical repair take?
A: Many screen or battery repairs are done same-day.
Q: Do you offer warranties?
A: Yes. Many of our replacement parts include a lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Whenever possible, we recommend choosing new parts for the longest protection, or opting for our in-store Akko warranty for additional coverage and peace of mind.
Sometimes, only refurbished parts carry the supplier’s warranty, which can range from 14 days to one year depending on availability and condition — when in doubt, just ask us!
Our labor warranty covers workmanship for 90 days from the date of service.
Q: Do you repair game consoles?
A: Absolutely — PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and more.
