Geekmatics is a family-owned, top-rated repair shop seeking a seasoned Computer & Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team. We are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused individual.

I. Core Responsibilities:

 

• Diagnose and repair cell phones (Apple, Samsung, Android screens, ports, batteries).

• Perform computer diagnostics, tune-ups, hardware upgrades, and data recovery (Windows & Mac).

• Repair game consoles (HDMI, power issues).

• Provide exceptional customer service and clearly explain diagnostics and services.

 

II. The Required Credentials (Non-Negotiable):

 

We are seeking a seasoned professional, not a trainee. You must meet all of the following requirements to be considered:

•  Experience: Minimum of 1 year of continuous experience working in a professional repair shop setting.

• Availability: Must be able to work weekends as part of a regular schedule.

•  Professionalism: Must be clean-cut, presentable, and a genuine "people person."

•  Trust: Able to pass a thorough background check.

•  Technical: Able to pass a working interview demonstrating core repair skills.

•  Sales Skill: Comfortable diagnosing and upselling necessary services.
