Welcome to Geekmatics! Before using our services or website, please review the following terms and conditions that govern your experience with us. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Use Geekmatics offers in-store, onsite, remote, and ship-in technology assistance. By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Estimates & Repairs We provide repair estimates based on the information you provide or after diagnostic review. All repairs, diagnostics, and services may be subject to a non-refundable fee. If you supply your own parts, Geekmatics is not responsible for compatibility or quality, and no warranty is provided unless otherwise specified.

3. Warranties Repairs made with Geekmatics-provided parts include a limited warranty. Devices that have experienced liquid damage or extreme damage may not be eligible for warranty protection. Diagnostics are sometimes waived if repair is approved, but may apply to liquid-damaged or no-power devices.

4. Data Responsibility Geekmatics is not liable for data loss. We strongly recommend backing up your data prior to service. Data recovery attempts are made only upon request and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Turnaround Times We strive to return devices promptly, but actual turnaround times may vary depending on parts availability, complexity of the repair, or current service queue.

6. Abandoned Devices Devices not picked up within 30 days of notification may be considered abandoned. After 60 days, Geekmatics reserves the right to dispose of the device.

7. Payments Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. Unpaid balances may result in a hold on the device or submission to collections.

8. Shipping Policy Geekmatics is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping. If you're sending a device for service, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

9. Refund Policy Services rendered are non-refundable. If you experience issues post-repair, please contact us so we can evaluate and resolve the matter.

10. Right to Refuse Geekmatics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
