Welcome to Geekmatics! Before using our services or website, please review the following terms and conditions that govern your experience with us. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
General Use Geekmatics offers in-store, onsite, remote, and ship-in technology assistance. By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Estimates & Repairs We provide repair estimates based on the information you provide or after diagnostic review. All repairs, diagnostics, and services may be subject to a non-refundable fee. If you supply your own parts, Geekmatics is not responsible for compatibility or quality, and no warranty is provided unless otherwise specified.
Warranties
Lifetime Warranty on Parts
Most of our replacement parts (including premium screens and charging ports) come with a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials or manufacture.

Our Commitment: If a part fails due to a defect within the first 90 days, Geekmatics provides the replacement labor at no cost as part of our commitment to excellent customer service.

After 90 Days: The part remains covered for life; however, a standard labor fee will apply for the installation of the replacement part.
Economy & Trade-In Parts
We offer Economy LCD options as a budget-friendly solution.

While the physical part is covered by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects, these installations carry NO LABOR WARRANTY.

Any labor required to swap or troubleshoot Economy parts after the initial repair is billable at our standard rates.
Specialty & Refurbished Parts
Some specialized, rare, or refurbished parts carry the specific warranty provided by our suppliers.

Coverage typically ranges from 14 days to one year depending on the part’s availability and condition.

We will always disclose the specific warranty terms for these parts to you before the repair begins.
Exclusions & Limitations

Workmanship: Our repair process includes rigorous testing phases to ensure every device meets our standards before it is returned to you.

Liquid/Extreme Damage: Devices that have experienced liquid entry or extreme structural damage will not be eligible for standard warranty protection.

Accidental Damage: Our warranty covers natural part failure only. Cracked screens, liquid spills, or physical damage occurring after the repair are not covered. For full accidental protection, ask us about our in-store Akko warranty options.
Our labor warranty covers workmanship for 90 days from the date of service.
Devices that have experienced liquid damage or extreme damage will not be eligible for warranty protection.
Data Responsibility Geekmatics is not liable for data loss. We strongly recommend backing up your data prior to service. We do offer backup service. Data recovery attempts are made only upon request and cannot be guaranteed.
Turnaround Times We strive to return devices promptly, but actual turnaround times may vary depending on parts availability, complexity of the repair, or current service queue.
Abandoned Devices Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair completion may be considered abandoned. After 60 days, Geekmatics reserves the right to dispose of the device.
Payments Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. Unpaid balances may result in a hold on the device or submission to collections.
Shipping Policy Geekmatics is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping. If you're sending a device for service, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Refund Policy Services rendered are non-refundable. If you experience issues post-repair, please contact us so we can evaluate and resolve the matter.
Right to Refuse Geekmatics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
