TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment. Diagnose and repair devices. Provide recommendations and resolutions to the customers regarding their device. Explain technical issues to customers in a simple to understand manner. Making sure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations. Keep track of all devices and keeping inventory updated. Maintain your work area clean and a clean and organized appearance of the store.

Job Duties:

  • Diagnose boards and other components to determine root cause of failure and in order to make board repairs.

  • Be a back-up on the floor as a cell phone technician and at counter to interact with customers.

  • Record accurate repair data into company’s data base.

  • Account for all material received, processed and disposed of.

  • Maintain inventory of product in your possession during assembly.

  • Perform all work in accordance with Quality Standards and Established Safety Standards.



  • Documented (work experience) micro solder experience

  • Documented (work experience) cell phone repair experience

  • Qualified candidate must be clean cut and a people person

  • Qualified candidates must have good manual dexterity, pay close attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination

  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Comfortable in environments characterized by fast pace and changing priorities.

  • Strong sense of urgency and purpose.

  • Flexible, able to maintain control and position relationships under stressful situations.
