This study surveyed approximately 4,200 customers nationwide from January-June 2009 and measured customer satisfaction across six key factors: performance and reliability, cost of service, account management, initial activation, offerings and promotions and customer service. Boost Mobile scored particularly well in terms of cost of service, account management and initial activation.
